Alban is a solicitor in the intellectual property department where he advises and assists clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious IP related matters.
He has advised and assisted clients in relation to various areas of law that include national and international trade mark registrations and oppositions, trade mark infringements, licensing, confidentiality, design, copyright disputes, negotiating and drafting legal documents, passing-off, domain names disputes, trade mark revocations and invalidations and commercial IP contracts.
Alban was brought up in Paris. He completed his LPC at the Leicester Institute of Legal Practice before starting his training at Silverman Sherliker LLP in January 2013 and qualifying as a solicitor in 2015.
He is fluent in written and spoken French and Serbian, and can advise and negotiate in the medium of both languages.
