Lina joined Silverman Sherliker as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2014, specialising in residential property.
Lina is experienced in dealing with transfers of equity, re-mortgages and sale/purchase transactions of both leasehold and freehold titles, specifically dealing with high value properties. Lina also deals with drafting new leases and granting lease extensions, acting for both the Landlord and Tenant.
During Lina’s training, she spent 6 months in the Property Department assisting with Commercial and Residential Property transactions. Lina also gained specialist experience in our Family, Employment and Commercial Litigation departments. She is knowledgeable in dealing with divorce, debt recovery matters and employment tribunal claims.
Lina completed the Legal Practice Course with a distinction in 2011 from the College of Law in London and graduated from City University with an upper second class LLB Honours in 2010.
Prior to working at Silverman Sherliker LLP, Lina worked as a property paralegal in a City law firm.
Lina speaks fluent Hebrew, loves travelling and swimming.
